Located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Crevillent and 15 minutes from Elche, Casa-Torón is an old finca from the 1950s completely renovated, surrounded by orchards of fig trees, orange trees, lemon trees, almond trees and olive trees. Here, the smell of orange blossoms in spring and ripe figs in summer is permanent.
 
Specially designed for *medium and long term stays* (10 days to several months), it welcomes students, teleworkers, salespeople on mission, teachers in training, people in professional transition or people who are looking for a "home" comfortable, quiet and warm in the province of Alicante.
 
The 4 large double rooms (single or couple use)
Each room is between 50 and 70 m 2, with double bed, ergonomic desk, work chair, LED desk lamp, multiple socket + USB ports, and XXL wardrobe space and especially one to two terraces facing south.
All rooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold) for optimal comfort whatever the season.
 
Friendly house but respectful of calm: everyone has their space, their schedules, their life. Aperitif shared on Friday evening (optional), seasonal fruits are at your disposal if they are ripe (oranges, lemon, figs...) and a WhatsApp group to organize oneself (shopping, carpooling, etc.).

 

Ideal location - 5 min by car from Crevillent (Mercadona, Lidl, gyms, restaurants, cafes) - 15 minutes from Corte-Inglès and the center of Elche - 10 min from the industrial area and business park Elche ~ 25 min from Alicante-Elche airport and beaches (Santa Pola and its port, Guardamar)  ~ 25 min from Alicante center and the UA university - Direct bus Crevillent Alicante every 30 min.

 

For amateurs: bike routes with slopes up to 2000m (Xorret de Cati)
